Description
Clove essential oil contains the largest antioxidant value of any single essential oil. Clove is usually associated with dental preparations due to its analgesic properties. Clove also has a long history in Chinese medicine and in culinary recipes. Clove is also anti-aging, antibacterial, anticlotting, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, antioxidant, antiseptic, antiviral, carminative, expectorant, insecticide, stimulant and stomachic. Clove has traditionally been used for intestinal parasites, skin infections, digestive upsets, reducing candida and soothing toothaches.
