The application of the oils must be done with faith in the morning, noon and night without reservations or worries. I suggest inhaling and applying the oils with thanksgiving even in the midst of pain.

  • We could say that its easiest use is through our sense of smell. You just have to smell them!

  • Drip one or more drops into the palm of the hands. Use your fingers to rotate the oil clockwise through the hand and apply to feet, arms, hands, back, legs, neck, and shoulders.
  • To inhale, drip the oil onto your hands and rub them vigorously in a clockwise direction. Then bring your hands together over your nose and breathe.

Topically (through the skin)

Being rich in vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids, they deeply hydrate and nourish the skin, and allow beneficial active ingredients to penetrate the dermis and epidermis.
