Benefits: Controls asthma, bronchitis, influenza, headache, cough, fever, among others. It also helps heal burns, bruises, respiratory infections, ulcers, throat infections, wounds, lacerations. Improves concentration, blood circulation, respiratory infections, and nasal congestion.
My experience: This oil mixed with Spruce oils, Menthol, Wintergreen, and Peppermint help reduce muscle pain, sore muscles refreshing. This oil should not be used on the face.
